 When can you request a refund/replacement?

You can request a refund or replacement item in the following scenarios:

  • The item is not as described.
  • The item is defective, such as damaged, chipped, wrong designs, wrong colors compared to the preview, low-quality, and so on.
  • You have not received your products.
  • The expected delivery time has passed (partial refund without return request)

Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

At Lenzion, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or if it does not meet your expectations due to any reason caused by us, you may be eligible for a free refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

To help us quickly and effectively resolve your issue, please include a photo of the item you received and let us know why you are not satisfied with your order. We will use this information to review your order and improve our service and products.

  1. Damaged or Low-Quality Items

At Lenzion, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you receive a defective or low-quality product, we take responsibility for any damage that occurred during the production process and delivery. You may be eligible for a free refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team via [email protected]. To help us quickly and effectively resolve your issue, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed.

We will review your request and send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation. You do not need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to improve our products and ensure your satisfaction with our service.

Please note that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure, or aftermarket modification.

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or replacement. Thank you for choosing Lenzion, and we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products and services

  1. Did not receive your product

At Lenzion, we understand that timely delivery is important to you. If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, you have the right to request a refund or a new replacement for that order. Simply chat/email with our support team and provide your order information, and we will assist you with the highest priority.

Note:

Your request must be submitted to our team within 30 days since you placed the order. After that time, the tracking information might be expired, so it will be impossible for us to assist you further.

In case we proceed with a refund, it will go back to your account in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s progress.

At Lenzion, all refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details:

Credit card: Up to 10 business days
PayPal: 3 to 5 business days

Note: If the credit has not been posted to your account yet, please contact the card-issuing bank or PayPal for further assistance.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours since the time your order is placed. If you want to change your order to another item, please contact us and state clearly what you want to change to.

  1. Regarding fees for returning items

If the reason for return is due to an error on our part, we will not require you to return the item and in any case you will not be charged any additional fees.
